Treatment of our workforce
In the light of the recent MP’s report into employment practises at Sports Direct, recruitment agencies have not been presented in a good light as conditions for warehouse workers have come under scrutiny.
Extraman can re-iterate that ALL our staff receive the National Living Wage; ALL staff gain parity with permanent workers once they have completed 12 weeks’ work; we do NOT offer Personal Accident Insurance schemes, (which serve to exploit workers); we pay holiday pay to ALL employees and we never work with customers who ask us to exploit our workforce.
We are open, transparent and accountable for all we do. Proper treatment of our workforce is embedded within our culture.
