EU Migration Down

Since the 2016 Brexit vote, net migration from the EU has fallen to its lowest level since the early 2000s. Extraman has welcomed and valued workers from the EU, and the noticeable reduction over the last couple of years has made the recruitment of staff in general more challenging.

With another general election coming shortly, and the political appetite to focus on immigration as one of the main topics influencing voters, we await the outcome to see how our temps, and Extraman as a business, will be impacted. We very much value the impact of our workers on teh success of our business and that of our clients, and hope this is reflected by fair, proportionate and realistic policy, whoever is elected.
