Email Addresses
Any temps that have yet to provide an email address should do so as soon as possible....why?
We now send payslips by email, and do not generally post out; this allows us to get the pay information to you on a Wednesday, in advance of your bank account being credited with your pay on a Friday. This helps you to budget, but also allows us more time to sort out any issues arising.
Furthermore, later this year, Extraman will be entering the government's auto-enrolment pension scheme, and it is vital that we are able to communicate effectively with all our temporary workers. Email enables us to send information quickly, efficiently and at least cost, and will also help you to communicate with the pension provider.
Finally, email provides the most effective way of communicating with all of our temps, especially when days may be spent in a warehouse, labouring on site, or on a forklift truck, for example!
