IR35 Holds No Fears for Extraman

There is a lot of sound and fury in the recruitment industry surrounding the IR35 changes which are now less than two weeks away from being implemented.

Many are in turmoil as they are forced to change business models which have been in place for many years. Putting it bluntly, tax avoidance has just become a lot harder in many cases.

At Extraman, there will be no change. We have always employed our workforce ourselves, without recourse to intermediaries, and all staff are subject to PAYE.

Therefore, we can reassure customers that they will not have any responsibility in determining the employment status of our workers and we can reassure the workers that, as ever, they will not be getting unexpected tax bills through the door.
